In Person Privates

In-person Privates in my small studio in a houseboat, in a bay (Richardson), in a town called Sausalito. Most definitely not your average Pilates studio! No reformers here; just a mat, a Wunda Chair, a Spine Corrector, and your body weight! This is all about the Mat work (aka the repertoire). We’ll dive deep into each exercise as I progress you through the repertoire. While the work is on the mat, I strategically incorporate the Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and various props to help internalize key movement patterns when needed. I focus on cultivating the principles of Pilates: Breath, Precision, Control, Flow, Alignment & Centering using the system (the repertoire) Joseph Pilates created. I will work with you, in a safe, judgment-free environment, to take your practice to a place of autonomy and sustainability. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more aware, and ready to carry the benefits of your practice into everyday life. Bonus…you may even spot a sea otter or two on your way out!

$135/55 minute session
